To be aware, we train our attention to focus on breathing.

Thoughts will come in and out,

and autojuicio could appear in their thoughts;

the aim is to observe them and let them go.

Sometimes it is not easy to do,

so do your best.

Sometimes it may seem that the time passes very slowly.

On other occasions, one hour can feel about 10 minutes.

Use an alarm with a soft sound to help you keep track of time. Start with 10 minutes twice a day
